VRBO Property 1218098 Review: "This home blew us away. It was so much more than we had expected, you must see it in person to appreciate its true beauty. The decor and furnishings are incredible. The views were breathtaking with huge windows on both sides of the home. There was plenty of room for 4 adults a and toddler, plus it’s pet-friendly with a dog park right around the corner within walking distance. The layout of this home is such that we all had our own personal, private rooms and bathrooms. And hosts Karen & Ken were so incredibly accommodating. They went so far and beyond as hosts to make sure our Christmas vacation was nothing short of amazing. This is the first year our 3 year old daughter actually understood and grasped the magic of Christmas and Karen & Ken helped us plan a beautiful Christmas trip that created very special memories that we will remember for years to come. We are so thrilled with our time at this lovely home that it may become our Christmas tradition!! Thank you so much for everything Karen & Ken! I highly recommend this home and the stellar service provided by Karen & Ken. You will not be disappointed.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy: If you reserve your vacation home through this company website: Vacation Rentals In Wintergreen Resort, you will not incur a HomeAway/VRBO/AirBnb/TripAdvisor Service Fee or be accountable to their cancellation policy. Our policy is to accept the Reservation Deposit (not the same as the Refundable Security Deposit to Reserve and hold the home until 30 days prior to arrival.) At this 30 day point, either pay the payment or formerly cancel in writing with a 100% refund. Deposit Policy
This area "Deposit Policy" will be used for any special agreements between the Responsible Guest and Vacation Rentals At Wintergreen Resort.
Due to the 2020 Corona Virus Pandemic, Guests agree to the following on the check-in and check-out lists on the business website with at least: -
1. Guests will bring towels, blankets, and pillows. We will provide a mattress pad and sheets for each bed. Prior to checking out, please put used sheets in trash bags and tie closed and leave in the designated area. See link on our business website for any changes.
2. Guests will take all kitchen and bathroom trash, leave no opened or unopened food or bags, Wipe down counters, sinks, door knobs, refrigerator, stove and toilets with sanitary wipes/spray. Oven Spills will be cleaned, propane grill top cleaned, sweep, vacuum.
3. Check-in and Check-out is 12:00 noon check-in and 6:00 pm check-out unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Guest and us. We are promising guests that no-one will enter the home within 24 hours of departure and guests will have a check-in window of 72 hours between Guests. Please call 434-529-7301 upon arrival and 20 minutes before leaving. There is a VOIP phone for your use. There is no voice mail. Cell coverage is not guaranteed but is sporadic in the area.
4. A standard lease will be sent and must be accepted. It is about the house, the area, the Resort.
5. Exclusive Guest Passes will not be available after 12/1/20 for rental Guests. The Resort changed its Member/Guest policy. VIP parking may be available upon request. The Spa is open to the public with reservations. Ski slopes will be available to Members and season pass holders first then ticket sales by reservation during the pandemic. Ski season could be cancelled. The Resort Mountain Blog should be monitored closely by the Guests regarding ski season.
6. Please accept and use the pandemic guidelines stated by the Governor of Virginia regarding travel.
